Whether the students played a strategy game like Jenga, removing blocks to keep the structure still standing, running relays or getting holiday face painting, the day was fun for all.
According to one of the events' coordinators, teacher Michelle Engle, 13 districts with over 150 life skills students from throughout the southwestern Pennsylvania area came to Washington High School to participate in the event December 1st.
Teacher Jay Huss was one of Santa's biggest helpers providing the music to keep everyone moving and dancing.
Santa and Mrs. Claus stopped by and the
students enjoyed a great lunch donated by local sponsors before heading back to their respective districts.
