Carlos Harper II  smiles after announcing he has made his college decision. Offered opportunities to play football at 4 different schools, including WVU, Gannon, Duquesne, and West Liberty, Harper chose West Liberty at his official signing held February 8th. The senior safety is looking forward to the challenge of college football and his mother is looking forward to seeing him pursue a future professional football career.
