Wash High’s students (grades 9-12) participated in a Transition Fair organized by Jessica Gardner, Transition Coordinator, the guidance department and the high school principal’s office on Friday, March 15th.

The event brought together college and higher education reps, along with vocational and training schools, military branches, and area employers to allow students to gather information for their future. According to Mrs. Gardner, “The Transition Fair offers everyone a chance to learn about what’s available to make some better decisions for their futures. Some students have their minds set on what they want, but many are exploring all their options. They get to see it’s never too late to learn something or go outside their worlds to learn about jobs and careers available.”
