Roberts Gets Soccer Scholarship from Westminster

Conner Roberts Signing Letter of Intent

Conner Roberts will continue his love of soccer with a partial scholarship to Westminster College where he'll play soccer for the Titans. Conner, the son of Marlin and Amy Roberts, has been playing soccer since he was 4 years old.

The leading goal scorer for the Wash High soccer team for 3 of his 4 Varsity years, Conner was chosen by his teammates to serve as co-captain for the team this year. Besides playing all 4 years of varsity soccer, Conner has played club soccer for the last 7 seasons with the Victory Soccer Club.

Even with all the soccer he plays, Connor still participated in other sports and extracurricular activities while at Wash High, including: cross country, marching band, football, wrestling, tennis, track & field, swim, musicals, concert band, National Honor Society, Student Council, Key Club, History Club, and Leader Academy. He also worked part-time as a PA West certified soccer official and a part-time sales person at Rack Room.

With his work ethic and great attitude, Conner Roberts should go far in his chosen major of computer science. The oldest of three children, he has a younger brother and sister also in the district.
