Physicals

Any student wishing to participate in WSD athletics must have a completed PIAA Comprehensive Initial Pre-Participation Evaluation form, including current certified physical evaluation on file in the Wash High Athletic Office.Only the March 22, 2024 BOD approved CIPPE will be accepted.
